MORGAN ROYAL, Director of Campaigns is a strong believer in building power through organizing. She began knocking doors and phone-banking at an early age where she discovered her love of local politics. As a seasoned organizer, Morgan brings experience leading and designing electoral, issue, and field campaigns. She spent several election cycles working to increase the political power of young people in the state. She has passed policy, spearheaded organizing campaigns, and led voter mobilization programs yielding historic voter turnout in Colorado. She has led and worked in coalition on campaigns to protect student loan borrowers, increase consumer protections, secure critical election access wins, and defeat threats to abortion access.

Morgan graduated from Colorado State University after studying Political Science and Women & Gender Studies. She is from Colorado and currently resides in the Baker neighborhood of Denver. In her free time she enjoys traveling, checking out local restaurants, baking, and spending lots of quality time with family and friends.
